The University Of Luxembourg Is Launching An Ambitious Program To Model Its Administrative Processes With A View To Preparing For The Migration Of Its Erp To Sap S/4Hana, By 2027. Beyond 2027, The University Of Luxembourg Plans Rely On This Business Process Management (Bpm) Approach To Integrate All Its Processes. A Pilot Project Was Carried Out In June-July 2024 On Purchasing Processes Linked To Public Markets. This Contract Covers The Definition (To-Be), Modeling And Support For The Implementation Of Administrative Processes, In Particular The Processes Linked To Our Finance, Purchasing And Hr Departments (The Most Impacted By The Migration To S/4Hana ). To Do This, The University Is Looking For Qualified Resources In Bpm (Junior And Senior Consultants) And In Sap S/4Hana (Expert). Prior To This Contract, The University Will Have Undertaken The Necessary Work To Establish Its Bpm Governance, Including The Definition And Deployment Of A Complete Process Management Framework Based On Aris. This Call For Tenders Aims To Conclude A Service Contract Fixed At 6 Months, Renewable Twice For 3 Months By Decision Of The University, In Order To Retain A Holder Recognized For His Expertise In The Field Of Business Process Management (Bpm).
