Software Package And Information Systems – 50.49 Standard Software (Municipal) (2025). Ski Provides A Framework Agreement Regarding Standard Software And Related Services (50.49 Standard Software (Municipal) (2025)). The Framework Agreement Includes Products In The Form Of Standard Software Which Are Compatible With The Customers Existing It Environment And Which Fall Within 14 Functional Areas For The Framework Agreements Range. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Maintenance And Support Of The Products. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Services In The Form Of Training, Customer Support, Licensing Advice, As Well As Software Asset Management Advice (Sam) And Consulting Services In The Fields Of Security, Ai And Modern Workplace. Reference Is Made To The Tender Documents, Annex B And Annex C, For A More Detailed Description Of Which Products And Services Can Be Procured. The Framework Agreement Is Binding, So That The Customers Must Purchase Products/Services Under The Framework Agreement For An Amount (Volume) Corresponding To The Customers Expected Purchasing Needs For Products. Customers Are Not Obliged To Purchase Certain Products/Services. It Is Described In Appendix A Which Customers Will Be Covered By The Framework Agreement. Customers Use The Framework Agreement By Placing A Simple Order With The Supplier Under The Delivery Contract, Cf. Appendix E.
