The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Mining Works Aimed At The Reconstruction Of The Biliński Longitudinal Section And Access Galleries To The Reservoirs In Cell Viii/15 - Stage Iii On Sections 7 - 9, Covered By The Design Documentation Referred To In § 7 Of The Contract Template, In The Underground Part Of The Mine Plant. Wieliczka Salt, Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Works. As Part Of The Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Site (Area) Of Works, 2) Prepare The Technology For Carrying Out The Works, 3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 4) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 5) Ensure Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Mining Works Carried Out ,6) Provide Surveying Services,7) Carry Out Mining Works.
