1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Repair Of The Tga/Dsc Thermogravimeter From Mettler - Toledo. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of The Tga Ht Furnace In The Thermogravimeter (Manufacturer: Mettler - Toledo, Model Tga/Dsc3+, Year Of Production - 2015) Along With Calibration. Camera At The Ordering Partys Headquarters.3. Required Furnace Operating Parameters: - Temperature Range From Rt To + 1600Oc - Heating Rate At Least In The Range From 2 To 200 K/Min - Temperature Accuracy ±0.5K4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Old Furnace, Replace The Furnace With A New One And Dispose Of The Old One. The Old Furnace Will Be Disposed Of By The Contractor In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Regarding Waste Management And Environmental Protection. If There Are Hazardous Substances In The Old Furnace, The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Proper Waste Management, Including The Removal Of All Contaminants And Hazardous Materials Contained In The Old Furnace, In Accordance With The Regulations On Hazardous Waste Management. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Provide Documents Confirming The Proper Disposal Of The Furnace, Such As A Waste Transfer Protocol, Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo) Or Other Documents Required By Law.5.
