Delivery Of Access Control And Intrusion Detection Systems For Sites Operated By Bkm, Including Design, Installation, And Commissioning With Business Elements Within The Framework Of A Mixed Purchase And Sale Framework Agreement For 12 Months, Up To Huf 83,550,000. The Bidder Undertakes An Obligation To Order Up To 70 (Seventy) % Of The Framework Amount. The Task Of The Successful Bidder Is To Design, Deliver, Install And Commission The Electronic Asset Protection Systems (Intrusion Detectors, Access Control And The Corresponding Physical Blocking Devices) Of The Sites Operated By Bkm. 50 Intrusion Detection Systems With 250 Devices To Be Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation As Part Of The Task (Opening/Movement/Vibration/Drilling/Body Sound/Demolition Sensors And/Or Manual Signaling Device And/Or Second Displays And/Or Sound Signals And/Or Input, Output And /Or Power Modules) And 100 Entry Points (With Associated Readers, Controller, Electromechanical Locks, With Gate Automation Devices, Automatic Barriers, Turnstiles, Opening And Emergency Opening Devices). Within The Framework Of The Task, The Design Documentation Of The Systems To Be Installed And Then The Implementation Plan Of The Completed Systems Must Be Prepared, With The Planned Use Of 250 Engineering Hours. The Newly Installed Devices Must Be Connected To Security Systems (Assaabloy Idb, Texecomcloud And Texecomconnect) Already Operating At The Sites Operated By Bkm. Other Expectations Related To The Tasks To Be Performed On The Basis Of Ad Hoc Orders: A) The Winning Bidder Delivers And Puts Into Operation The Safety Equipment Specified In Annex No. 1 (Price Table) Based On The Customers Ad Hoc Order. B) Fits The Delivered Devices Into The System. C) The Devices Designated For Replacement Should Be Installed At The Installation Location Of The Existing Devices. D) The New Devices Shall Be Installed In The Places Designated By The Customer (Facades, Other Masonry, Doors And Windows, Reading Columns, Barriers, Glass Surfaces, Furniture). E) The High-Current, Copper And Optical Data Cables Required For The Installed Devices Must Be Laid In The Ground Based On The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1 Between The End Points, Or Spanned Using Existing Lighting Poles And Building Facades, Using An Aerial Cable Solution. The Necessary Protective Piping And Spans Must Also Be Built On The Trail. F) The Track To Be Formed On Lighting Poles And Building Facades Must Be Constructed With Uv-Resistant Piping Attached To The Poles. G) The Installation Must Be Preceded By The Preparation Of An Execution Plan, The Preparation Of Which Is Also The Responsibility Of The Winning Bidder.
