Lift-Maintenance Services – Offer Of Service And Maintenance Of Dsbs Lifts, Escalators And Lifts. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Establish A Nationwide Framework Agreement On Technical Maintenance Of Lifts, Escalators And Disabled Lifts. The Agreement Concerns The Operation And Maintenance Of Lifts, Escalators And Disabled Lifts As Well As The Execution Of Projects, Including The Supply Of Materials And Spare Parts. Dsb Has Approx. 172 Lifts, 49 Escalators, 153 Disabled Lifts And 6 Lifts Distributed Across Locations Throughout The Country. The Number Of Facilities May Vary During The Agreement Period. The Agreement Contains 2 Service Areas: Technical Maintenance And Projects: 1) Technical Maintenance: The Service Area Technical Maintenance Includes Planned And Unplanned Maintenance Activities On Dsbs Lifts, Lifts, Escalators And Disabled Lifts Throughout The Country . The Service Area Also Contains The Identification Of The Need For The Establishment And Replacement Of Facilities. 2) Projects: The Service Area Projects Contains The Identification Of The Need For Projects, Preparing Project Descriptions And Calculations, Ensuring That These Tasks Are Initiated And Carried Out, And That The Status Of The Individual Ongoing Tasks Is Shown And Be Updated In Dsbs Ticket System. In Parallel With This, The Supplier Must Carry Out An Overall Project Portfolio Report Containing Status Reporting Per Project As Well As Overall Financial And Disposition Accounts For The Total Project Portfolio. Finally, The Supplier Must Ensure The Correct Workmanship Of The Individual Projects. It Is The Responsibility Of The Supplier During The Lifetime Of The Agreement To Maintain A Sufficient Stock Of Spare Parts, Which Can At Any Time Comply With The Agreement, Cf. B05.E -Cross-Cutting Performance Requirements. The Components That Must Be Made Available In The Spare Parts Warehouse Appear In B01.D - Tender List. Service And Maintenance Of Dsbs Elevators, Escalators And Lifts Must Be Carried Out As Listed In The B01.C Indicative Installation List.
