1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Distribution Of Utility, Fire And Swimming Pool Water Installations In The Energy School Complex In Gdańsk At Ul. Reja 25. The Subject Of The Order And The Material Effect Is The Separation Of The Water Supply System In An Active School Facility, Divided Into: - Utility Water, - Fire Water, - Swimming Pool Water. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Task, Including The Following Main Elements: - Earthworks, - Demolition And Dismantling Works, - Installation Works Of Water Supply, Hot Water And Circulation Systems, - Accompanying Construction Works. Moreover, If In Order To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Works, Activities Or Obtain Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
