In The Event Of Intermediation In The Process Of Obtaining Visas, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide The Ordering Party With Full Information About The Conditions, Time And Costs Of Obtaining A Visa And The Documents Necessary To Obtain It; B) Completing And Collecting (At The Contractors Expense) The Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Visa In Cooperation With The Ordering Party; C) Timely Submission Of A Set Of Documents Necessary To Obtain A Visa To The Appropriate Diplomatic Mission; D) Delivery Of Visa Passports (At The Contractors Expense) With The Received Visa To The Place And On The Date Indicated By The Ordering Party; E) Payment On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of All Fees At The Diplomatic Mission Related To Obtaining A Visa; F) Inform The Ordering Party About The Expected Duration Of The Visa Procedure.
