The Development Area Set Out In The Municipalitys Land Use Plan As A Special Area For Recreation, Which Extends To Approximately 32 Hectares, Includes Not Only The Areas Actually To Be Used But Also The Functional Relationships And Connections Between Them. The Area Intended For The Project Covers Approximately 9 Hectares And Is Intended To Be A Tourism And Leisure Location, Combining A Monitored Beach Area, Restaurant And Snack Offers, Play And Relaxation Areas, An Integration Assistance Building, Holiday Offers For All People, Animal Therapy And An Inclusive Campsite. In Addition To The Topics Of Sustainability, Ecological Building And The Use Of Renewable Energies, A Central Topic Is The Discussion Of The Concept Of “Double Inclusion”, I.E. H. Employment And Vacation Subject To Social Security Contributions Should Be Possible For People With And Without Disabilities. From The Family With A Small Child In A Stroller, To The Senior Citizen With A Walker, To The Wheelchair User, To The Person With Severe Multiple Disabilities, All Visitors Can Look Forward To A Great Time At The Lake And A Variety Of Leisure Activities - Barrier-Free, Close To Nature And Safe.
