In Order To Maintain Operational Reliability And Ensure That All Procedures Comply With Applicable Legislation, Dsb Infrastruktur (Ordering Party) Wants An Agreement On The Service Of Cranes, Mooring Equipment And Fall Protection Equipment, As Well As The Purchase Of Spare Parts. The Agreement Will Include Carrying Out Statutory Inspections And Follow-Up Repairs Of Equipment, As Well As The Purchase Of Spare Parts, Which Is Essential To Ensure Safe And Efficient Operation. The Supplier (Tenderer) Must Ensure That All Service Activities Are Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legislation And Standards For Safety And Quality.
