The Project Management Mission To Be Entrusted Includes The Following Study Mission Elements: Diag / Aps / Apd / Pro / Exe / Synt / Act / Det / Aor And Gpa For The Entire Program. The Consultation Is Aimed At A Project Management Team With Skills And Qualifications Relating To The Following Disciplines: Architecture, Construction Economist, Structural Studies, Environmental Quality Studies. The Limits Linked To The Composition Of Groups Are Specified In The Application Regulations. The Project Concerns The Complete Repair Of The Roof Terrace Of The Workshop Building (9000 Square Meters) With The Removal Of The Existing Asbestos Complex And The Implementation Of Two-Layer Waterproofing Made Of Elastomer And A Thermal Insulation Complex Made Up Of Class C Polyurethane Panels. Insulator Having A Thermal Resistance R=7.50 Square Meters K/W Minimum (Following The Orchid Environmental Charter Of The Region). All Of The Translucent Panels Must Be Removed And The Openings Closed With Consolidation Of The Support If Necessary In Order To Accommodate The Waterproofing/Insulating Complex. Only The Smoke Extraction Vents, Including The Operating Mechanisms And The Roof Exits, Will Need To Be Replaced. Amount Of Work Estimated At 3,690,000 Euros Excluding Tax (Value January 2025).
