Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of Thakhek Urban Renewal, Heritage Conservation. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this Bidding: Contract of Similar Size and Nature: Participation in at least two contracts, as main contractor, Joint Venture partner or Subcontractor, that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation for each contract exceeds USD761,700. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 hours (Lao Time) on 17 February 2025. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of USD100 or 2,105,100 Lao Kip in cash or Demand Draft or Pay order beginning on 13January 2025. The Bidding Document (i) may be claimed personally at the Employers addresses above, or (ii) may be delivered by courier and can be arranged upon request by Bidders for an additional fee of USD50 (fifty US Dollars).
