The Assignment Consists Of Two Parts: 1. Providing A City Pass System With Basic Functionalities For The Bossche Pas. This Pass Must Then Be Rolled Out To The Entire City And All Its Residents. The Municipality Has Opted For A Soft Launch No Later Than Mid-Q3 Of 2025, Where The Pass And Underlying Functionalities Will Be Made Available To A Small (Yet To Be Specified) Group Of Residents. The Aim Of The Soft Launch Is To Remove The Teething Problems From The System And Processes In Order To Ensure A Problem-Free City-Wide Introduction By Mid-Q4 2025 At The Latest. 2. Providing Advice To The Contracting Authority, Social Partners, Entrepreneurs And Other Stakeholders By Deepening The Concept Roadmap Towards Extensive Exploitation Of The Functionalities Of The City Pass And Their Joint Implementation. The Amount Of Expenditure For This Assignment Is Highly Dependent On External And Internal Developments, The Width And The Ultimate Functionalities Of The City Pass. External Developments In The Market Are Often Unforeseeable. This Makes It Difficult To Estimate The Assignment. The Contracting Authority Has Assumed The Basic Functionality Of The City Pass, Multiplied By The Possible Term Of The Framework Agreement (Including Extension Option, Excluding Indexations). This Does Not Include The Roadmap, The Advisory And Development Work Involved And The Exploitation Of The City Pass. The Following Budget Is Assumed (Excl.
