Public Services And Procurement Canada Requires A Temporary Fit Up Of An Existing Warehouse Building In Calgary, Ab As A Secure Storage And Parking Area For 400-600 Vehicles. The Warehouse Facility Has A Total Area Of 46,320 Sqm Featuring 10.97-Meter Clear Ceiling Heights With Existing Esfr Sprinkler System, Led Lighting, Dock Loading And 96 Exterior Trailer Parking Stalls. The Warehouse Building Includes The Following Existing Areas/Structures: Three Separate Office Spaces For Three People, Staff Lunchroom For Thirty-Six People With Separate Locker Area, Washrooms And A Separate Shipping And Receiving Office For Two People. Building Has An Exterior Fenced And Secured Loading Area. Building Has Seventy-Eight Loading Docks, And Four Drive-In Locations Into The Interior Space.
