This Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement That Includes Contractor Work In Connection With Water Projects For Novafos A/S (Hereinafter Referred To As Novafos Or The Client). The Framework Agreement Includes Digging, Paving And Forging Work On The Water Supply Network In Novafos Supply Area, Which Covers 9 Municipalities In North Zealand. Novafos Wishes To Conclude The Framework Agreement With One Strategic Partner. Novafos Has Decided To Offer A Framework Agreement Based On A Strategic Partnership Containing The Elements Of Planning, Project Planning And Execution Of Operational Tasks And Line Renovation Projects. The Workers Are Divided Into Two Types Of Tasks. One Type Covers The Larger Tasks Defined As Cable Projects And Cable Renovation Projects (Collectively Defined As Projects). The Second Type Is The Smaller Tasks, Which Are Divided Into Operational Tasks And Prioritized Operational Tasks. Projects Typically Involve The Replacement Of The Supply Line In The Street With Associated Branch Lines Up To The Junction, Stop Valves, Slide Valves And The Like. The Operating Tasks Usually Include Smaller Individual Tasks, Such As Replacing Branch Lines, Gate Valves, Repairing Leaks, Etc. Priority Operating Tasks Basically Include The Same Type Of Work As Operational Tasks, But Here The Contractor Must Provide An Excavation Team No Later Than 1 Hour After The Call, As These Are Urgent Works. Under The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Must Be Expected To Be Able To Complete 20 Kilometers Of Projects Per Year. Alongside This, The Contractor Must Be Able To Handle Approximately 1,500 Operational Tasks And Priority Operational Tasks On The Cable Network, Which Require Excavation With Subsequent Re-Establishment. The Conduit Network In Novafos Consists Predominantly Of Conduits In Dimensions 32 Mm To 110 Mm, But The Contractor Must Be Expected To Be Able To Handle Water Conduits Up To 400 Mm In Diameter, As Detailed In The Framework Agreement.
