Object Of The Procurement The Justice Register Center Is Requesting Bids For The Criminal Sanctions Institutes Photography System As A Complete Service As Defined In The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Goal Of The Criminal Sanctions Office Is To Acquire A Photography System For Use At Prison Workstations As A Comprehensive Service, Which Is Used For The Recording Of The Prisoners Electronic Facial Image In Connection With The Reception Of Prisoners, As Well As For Teaching Purposes In The Criminal Sanctions Training Center. The Service Is Placed In Valtors Data Center As An On-Premise Solution. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Photography System As A Complete Service, Including: 1) Delivery Of The Compliant System And Commissioning With The Necessary Training, 2) Maintenance, Support And Maintenance Services Of The Service Levels And The Compliant System And Equipment 3) The Necessary Access Rights For The Persons Using The System And 4) Other Support Services Covering Separately Ordered Services The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 1 Object Of Procurement. The Court Register Center (Ork) Is An Agency That Belongs To The Ministry Of Justices Administrative Branch, Whose Clients Are The Ministry Of Justice (Om) And The Agencies That Belong To Its Administrative Branch. The System Under Procurement Will Be Acquired For The Use Of The Criminal Sanctions Office As Specified In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Ork Acts As A Procurement Unit And Customer In This Procurement. Contract Period The Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period Of Four (4) Years From The Signing Of The Contract (Fixed Contract Period).
