The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Technical Documentation: Construction Design For Demolition Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Valuation Of Recycled Materials, Certificate Of The Starosta Of Słupsk On The Lack Of Contraindications To The Demolition Of The Fuel Base (Ref. Ab.6743.45.2023.Viii ) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Pay The Ordering Party An Amount Constituting The Total Value Of Recovered Materials In The Amount Of: Pln 1,225.00 Net Plus Vat For Materials Obtained From Demolitions, Including The Following Amounts: A) Pln 375.00 Net Plus Vat For Brick Rubble, B) Pln 850.00 Net Plus Vat For Scrap, In Accordance With The Provisions On Goods And Services Tax In Force On The Date Of Delivery Of Materials. The Purchase Price Is Non-Negotiable.4. During The Demolition Works Related To The Excavation Of Fuel Tanks And The Liquidation Of Underground Infrastructure, The Contractor Will Ensure The Supervision Of An Authorized Geologist (Category V Qualifications According To The Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law, Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1420) Along With Taking 6 Soil Samples From The Excavation To Determine Compliance With The Group C Standard Regarding The Content Of Gasoline And Mineral Oils (Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of September 5, 2016 On The Method Of Assessing Earth Surface Pollution, Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1395). On This Basis, The Contractor And The Investor Will Make A Decision Regarding The Possible Need For Land Recultivation.5.
