The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Two Brand New Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles, With A Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland, With A Permissible Total Weight Of The Vehicle Ready For Rescue And Fire-Fighting Operations (Vehicle With Crew, Full Tanks, Bodywork And Equipment) For 4500 Kg. The Cars Are To Be Equipped With A Turbo-Charged Diesel Engine With Compression Ignition That Meets The Exhaust Emission Standard Of Min. Euro Vi (Current On The Day Of Handing Over The Vehicle). Year Of Production Of The Chassis And Body Not Older Than 2024, Engine Capacity Min. 2250 Cm3, Fuel Tank Capacity Min. 75 Liters Ensuring A Passage Of Min. 300 Km. The Cars Are To Be Equipped With A Light And Sound Signaling And Warning Device, A Reversing Camera, Universal Tires With A Thickened Tread Pattern And The M+S Marking. The Factory-Installed Single-Module, Four-Door Cabin Provides Access To The Engine Without Having To Lift It. A Portable Radiotelephone Is Installed In The Cabin And Meets The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements. Cars Should Be Capable Of Transporting 6 People In A 1+1+4 Seating Arrangement. Vehicles Equipped With A Water System Consisting Of A Tank Of Extinguishing Agents, A 16/8 Type Motor Pump, And An Electric Quick-Attack Reel With A Nozzle At The End. Water Tank Made Of Composite Material, Located Along The Body, Equipped With Equipment Enabling Its Safe Operation, With A System Protecting Against Water Outflow While Driving, Capacity Of At Least 1000 Liters. The Pump Compartment And Water Tank Must Be Equipped With A Heating System. All Elements Of The Water And Foam System Are Resistant To Corrosion And The Effects Of Approved Foaming Agents And Modifiers. Cars Must Meet The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Requirements.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions In Chapter Xix Of The Swz (Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Along With The Weight Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluation Of The Offers).
