1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Krzynowłoga Mała Commune Along With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part. The Result Of The Completed Subject Of The Order Will Be The Adopted General Plan Of The Krzynowłoga Mała Commune, Approved By The Masovian Voivode, Together With Graphic Annexes And Spatial Data. Area Of ​​Land Approximately 18,440 Ha.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, Item 1907), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023. As Well As The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, Including: 2) Collecting Materials And Data Necessary To Prepare The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Necessary Copies Of Maps And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works; 3) Introducing Changes Reported By The Ordering Party, Resulting From The Development Of The Plan .4) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary, 5) Physical Or Online Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Walks Studies, Designers Duties, Conducting Interviews, Cooperation In The Preparation Of Surveys And Geo-Questions, Running A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of Public Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Persons;6) Introducing Changes And Developing An Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The Draft Plan During Public Consultations, Along With A Proposal To Take Them Into Account And A Justification For Not Taking Into Account The Comments;7) Making Any Changes To The Draft Plan Resulting From The Included Comments; 8) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Social Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Or Online Participation), During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission (Physical Or Online Participation) And Participation In Meetings With Participation Of Councilors (Municipal Council Committees And Sessions - Physical Or Online Participation);9) Preparing A Justification For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development,10) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act; 11) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008.
