The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Chemical Products And Cleaning Products For The Social Support Center Na Przedwiośniu In Warsaw In The Assortment And Quantity Specified In Annex No. 2.1. To 2.3 To Swz - Assortment And Price Form.4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Three Parts: 4.2.1. Part I – Chemical Articles 4.2.2. Part Ii - Occupational Health And Safety Articles 4.2.3. Part Iii – Specialized Chemistry4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 2.1 To The Swz. The Parameters Specified In This Attachment Are Estimates And May Be Increased Or Decreased During The Execution Of The Order, While Maintaining The Price.4.5. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Prices Of Products May Change During The Duration Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4.6. Each Order Will Be Processed In The Quantity Specified In The Order, Within No Longer Than 4 Business Days (Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.) From The Date Of Placing The Order. 4.7. In Justified Cases, At The Request Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party May Consent To Extending The Delivery Deadline. Deliveries Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense.4.8. If It Is Impossible To Meet The Delivery Deadline, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of The Above Circumstances.4.9. The Ordering Party Assumes That Orders For The Delivery Of Goods Will Be Submitted To The Contractor On Average Once A Month. 4/10 Demands (Quantity And Type Of Delivery) For Individual Goods Will Be Submitted By Phone Or Via E-Mail, Indicating The Room At The Ordering Partys Headquarters To Which The Batch Of The Order Is To Be Delivered. 4/11. Deliveries Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense, Including Unloading The Goods From The Pallets And Depositing The Goods In The Storage Rooms Located On The Ground Floor And In The Basement Without An Elevator, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4.12. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Social Support Center Na Przedwiośniu (Cws) Ul. Przedwiośnie 1. Together With The Delivery Of The Batch Of Ordered Goods, The Contractor Will Provide A Vat Invoice For The Delivered Batch Of Goods. 4.13. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be The Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Actually Delivered To The Ordering Party. 4/14. The Costs Of Packaging, Insurance, Loading, Unloading, Transport, Forwarding And All Other Costs Related To The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order Are Borne By The Contractor And Are Included In The Offer Price.4.15.
