The Selected Contractor Should Perform The Service In Compliance With All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In The Field Of Environmental Protection And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulatory Documents, Prescriptions Of The Rzi, The Riws, The Basin Directorate Eastern White Sea Region, The Municipality, Fire Safety And Protection Of The Population, Etc., In Order To Protect The Environment And Peoples Health. The Provision Of The Necessary Equipment, As Well As Everything Else Necessary To Carry Out The Activities, Is The Responsibility Of The Selected Contractor. The Service Is Described In Detail In The Terms Of Reference. Purpose: According To The Requirements Of The Current Environmental Legislation, The Mayor Of The Municipality Is Responsible For Preventing The Disposal Of Waste In Unauthorized Places And/Or The Creation Of Illegal Landfills. The Need For Cleaning Arises When Unregulated Waste Is Found On Municipally Owned Land Within The Borders And Beyond The Regulation Of Settlements. The Goal Is Liquidation And Cleaning Of New And Existing Unregulated Landfills.
