The Ordinary Contract Expires On A Date Specified By Movia In February 2034. The Contract Is Irrevocable For Movia For The First 6 Years Of Operation. Movia Can Terminate The Contract With A Written Notice To The Operator Of At Least 12 Months, So That The Earliest Termination Can Take Effect From The End Of The 6Th Year Of Operation Or At Any Time Thereafter. -------------------------------------------------- ------------Driving Is Expected As A Starting Point To Be Carried Out With Diesel Buses. Any Replacement Of Bus Equipment During The Contract Period, Including Replacement For Zero-Emission Buses Can Take Place In Accordance With Contract Appendix A, Section 1.1. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- In This Tender – Where The Equipment Requested Is Only To Be Used For Municipal Driving Tasks – This Implies That, For Example, The Same Color And Decoration Requirements Are Not Placed On The Equipment As Is The Case With Movias Ordinary Route Tenders, Just As Journey Card Equipment Must Not Be Installed Either. This Driving Is Carried Out On Movias General Permit For Regular Route Driving. Driving Is Carried Out At The Same Driving Plan Hourly Price As Submitted In Tender Appendix 1 – Tender Form. Finally, Offers For Occasional Driving Of Up To 200 Hours Per Year. Occasional Driving Will Be Possible On Weekdays Between 06:00 And 23:59. Driving Is Not Considered Route Driving, But Bus Driving, And Must Follow The Rules For This. This Journey Must Be Carried Out By Tourist Buses.
