Ny Lægemiddelforsyning (Nlf) Gathers Parts Of Region Zealands Hospital Pharmacies Into One Unit, As There Is A Need For A Larger Overall Quality-Assured Pharmaceutical Supply. Nlf Will Be Subject To The Danish Medicines Agencys Requirements And Regulations, Unlike Hospitals, Which Fall Under The Danish Health Authority. Nlf Must Thus Comply With The Danish Medicines Agencys Requirements For Compliance With Gdp (Good Distribution Practice), Which Entails Specific Requirements For E.G. Materials, Technical Facilities, Systematic Documentation, Quality Assurance, Testing And Validation. The Handling Of Requirements Related To Gdp Is Included In The Commissioning Process, Which The General Contractor Must Carry Out For The Entire Process. Nlf Is To Be Built On A New Site In A New Business Area At Ymersvej 1 In Køge And Where Region Zealand Is Also To Build A New Ambulance Station. Total Base Size Is Approx. 27,000 M2, Of Which The Land Area Relating To The Present Contract Is A Total Of Approx. 14,080 M2. There Will Be Special Considerations That Must Be Taken In Relation To The Ambulance Station, Which Will Be In Operation From Mid-2025. The Offer By Nlf As A Turnkey Contractor Includes Approx. 6,624 M2 New Building (Excl. Option Of Approx. 330 M2 Mezzanine) And The Surrounding Construction Works. The Contract Is Offered On The Basis Of A Sketch Project With Associated Design Manuals And Room Plans Specifying Technical And Functional Requirements For The Construction. The Sketch Project Is Based On A User Dialogue With Determination Of Product Flows, Product Quantities And Interdependencies Between Functions. The Bidders Are Free To Submit Bids Based On The Sketch Project Or To Choose To Come Up With A Proposal That Is Deemed More Appropriate In Relation To Handling The Stated Flows Of Goods And Material Through The Building. In Any Case, The Requirements Stated In The Tender Documents Must Be Complied With. Further Processing And Final Design Of The Project Takes Place In Close Cooperation With The Client. The Tender Is Carried Out With An Offer List Of Basic Services As Well As A Number Of Options, Which The Customer Is Entitled But Not Obliged To Purchase In Whole Or In Part. The Scope Of Options Appears From The Offer List And Contract Included In The Tender Material. A High Degree Of Automation Is Expected To Be Established In Nlf With The Aim Of Achieving Partly A Higher And More Uniform Quality In The Services Provided, Partly A Better Working Environment For The Employees And Savings On Operations. Robots And Automation Units Are All Part Of The Overall Client Supply Within Logistics Equipment. The Building And The Technical Installations Are Defined In This Tender In Such A Way That Different Degrees Of Robot And Automation Will Be Able To Be Contained/Handled, As The Final Extent Of Robot And Automation Will Only Be Determined During The Autumn Of 2024 And The Spring Of 2025.
