The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Retrofitting The Renewable Energy Workshop Under The Project No. Feld.08.08.-Iz.00-0050/23 Entitled New Competences And Qualifications - Better Professional Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.3.2. Due To The Extensive Description, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 - 7.1. To 7.3. To Swz For A Given Part Of The Order. The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts, Including In Particular The Delivery Of: 3.2.1. Part No. 1: Teaching Station In The Field Of Solar Lamps, Heat Pumps, Intelligent Energy Systems Cpv Code: 09332000-5: Solar Installations, 39162110 – 9 Teaching Equipment3.2.2. Part No. 2: Devices, Electronic And Electrical Articles Cpv Code: 31711000-3 Electronic Articles, 31711500-8 Parts Of Electronic Components, 39162100-6 Teaching Aids3.2.3. Part No. 3: Teaching Articles, Teaching Equipmentcpv Code: 39162100-6 Teaching Aids3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A New, Non-Exhibition Item To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Supplied Equipment - Devices, Teaching Aids Must Be Covered By A Warranty Period Of At Least 12 Months.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Appendix No. 7 Technical Parameters, Completed - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including A Description Of The Offered Products Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. Failure To Submit Annex No. 7 Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus Constitutes A Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3.5. The Delivered Products Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third Party Rights, B) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices, Equipment, Products And Teaching Aids In Annex No. 7 To Swz, And If The Ordering Party In Annex No. 7 Does Not Indicate That The Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 12 Months, C) The Offered Devices And Equipment Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale On The Day Of Submission Of Offers, D) All Delivered Devices, Equipment And Products Must Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Product Price. 3.6. Note: Whenever The Documentation Indicates The Brand Or Origin Of A Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is Followed By The Word Or Equivalent, I.E.
