The Scope Of The Order Is Implemented With The Use Of External Funds In The Following Way: A) Polish Order: As Part Of The Task, For The Needs Of The Operation Of An Eight-Grade Primary School, The Building Will Be Rebuilt And Expanded To Include A Ramp For Disabled People. The Existing Kindergarten Room In The School Building Will Be Transformed Into A Classroom. The Newly Constructed Rooms Will Improve The Functioning Of The School After The Education Reform. After The Reconstruction, The School Will Be Fully Adapted To The Education Of Eight-Grade Students. The Conditions Of Use Of The School Will Improve And The Number Of Rooms For Classes Will Increase From 7 To 9, Which Will Ultimately Eliminate The Need To Organize The Schools Shift Work. Additionally, It Is Planned To Build Electric Car Charging Stations, Perform External Monitoring And Replace The Classroom Lighting With Led Luminaires, Expand The Alarm System And Also Demolition Of Existing Equipment And Delivery And Installation Of New Playground Equipment. The Task Will Also Include Insulating The Entire Roof And Adapting The Fire Route Of The Building To Existing Regulations. Additionally, As Part Of One Procurement Procedure, It Is Planned To Build A New Kindergarten Department Building, The Construction Of Which Will Be Co-Financed From The European Union And Own Funds. The Kindergarten Construction Project Assumes The Creation Of A New Preschool Education Facility Along With Land Development. The New Kindergarten Building Will Meet The Standards Of A Passive Building With A Heat Demand Eph+W Of No More Than 15 Kwh/M2/Year. The Project Is Consistent With The Assumptions Of The Program, One Of Whose Priorities Is To Support Projects Related To The Construction Of Passive Buildings. The Investment Is Aimed At Creating A Modern, Energy-Saving Facility That Minimizes Energy Consumption For Heating, Cooling And Lighting. As Part Of The Project, A Passive Standard Building Was Designed, One-Story Without A Basement, Covered With A Flat Roof With A Slope Of 3°, And An Extensive Green Roof With Insulation. The Buildings Body Is A Rectangular Shape With Dimensions Of 10.90 M X 17.72 M (Dimensions Without Avant-Corps And Vestibule).
