1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Investment Referred To In Point 3.1. Swz Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Therefore The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation; 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3.2.1) Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting Of: A) Designing The Automation And Control Installations For Ventilation Units, B) Designing Renovation Works In The Field Air Intake And The Main Supply Duct, C) Designing Works Related To Cleaning The Existing Ventilation Ducts Serving The Changing Rooms And Halls Swimming Pool - Elements Not Covered By Replacement, Intended For Further Use, D) Dismantling The Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Unit Of The Swimming Pool Hall (Nw1),E) Disassembly Of The Supply And Exhaust Air Handling Unit For The Cloakroom (Nw2),F) Disassembly Of The Supply Air Handling Unit Of The Sub-Basin (N3),G) Dismantling Of The Exhaust Air Handling Unit Of The Sub-Basin (W3),H) Dismantling Of The Ventilation Ducts Within The Sub-Basin And The Ph Warehouse ,I) Dismantling The Electrical Installation, Automation And Other Installations And Devices That Have Lost Their Functions In The Scope Of The Implemented Works,J) Renovation Of Air Intakes,K) Installation Of Devices, Ducts, Revisions, Automation, Power Supply Installation And Other Devices In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation,L) Cleaning Of Existing Ventilation Ducts Serving The Locker Rooms And Swimming Pool Hall - Elements Not Covered By Replacement, Intended For Further Operation .3. Due To The Difficult Conditions In The Field, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Act, Made A Local Inspection Of The Facility Covered By The Order. The On-Site Visit Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative At 12:00 On January 16, 2025 In The Building At Ul. Wyspiańskiego 17 In Zielona Góra. The On-Site Visit And The Presence Of The Contractors Representatives Will Be Documented By The Ordering Partys Representative And Will Constitute Evidence Of The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirement By The Contractors Who Submitted Offers. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Included In Annex I.7 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Defects In The Works For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months.
