The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Choroszcz Commune Consisting In The Delivery Of Street Lighting Fixtures In Led Technology Along With Accessories, Installation Materials And Their Installation In The Indicated Area. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 7, 9, 10 To The Swz. 2. The Order Includes: Replacement Of Existing Luminaires With Led Luminaires: 1,134 Pcs. Installation Of Additional Booms With Accessories And Led Luminaires: 226 Pcs. Disassembly Of Existing Luminaires Without Replacing Them: 14 Pcs. Conducting The Required Tests And Examinations: A. Execution Of The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protectionb. Performing Lighting Luminance Measurements For Three Sections Of Modernized Lighting Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Pn-En 13201:2016 Standard, Using A Matrix Luminance Meter. If The Tests Show Deviations From The Requirements Of The Lighting Class Specified For A Given Location, The Contractor Will Make Appropriate Repairs At Its Own Expense, And The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request From The Contractor Further Tests And Photometric Measurements For The Next Three Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. Transport Of The Indicated Materials From Dismantling For Choroszcz Commune Or Their Disposal. Obtaining Acceptance Of Works At Pge Dystrybucja S.A. If Required, And Preparation Of Documents Related To The Commissioning Of The Constructed Facilities To The Ordering Party.3.
