The Service Will Include Loading Of Waste At The Reloading Point In Golędzinów Into Kp 7 - Kp 36 Containers, The Following Waste Fractions: • Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste (20 03 01) • Biodegradable Waste (20 02 01) • Mixed Concrete Waste; Brick Rubble; Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06 (17 01 07) The Estimated Amount Of Waste Fractions For The Entire Order Period Is Approximately 7,000 Mg, Including: • Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste (20 03 01) - Approximately 4,000 Mg • Biodegradable Waste (20 02 01) - Approximately 2,800 Mg • Mixed Concrete Waste; Brick Rubble; Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06 (17 01 07) - Approximately 200 Mg. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Above-Mentioned The Amounts Of Waste Should Be Treated As Estimates, The Final Amount Of Waste Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. Waste Will Be Loaded At The Reloading Point In Golędzinów Into Kp 7 - Kp 36 Containers. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Biodegradable Waste And Mixed Concrete Waste Will Be Loaded By The Contractor From Monday To Saturday. Loading Will Take Place On The Day Of Notification By The Ordering Party (By Phone Or E-Mail). The Contractor Must Have A Device For Loading Waste. In The Event Of Equipment Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Equipment With Similar Parameters, Enabling The Service To Be Performed Correctly. The Service Provider Is Liable For The Destruction Or Damage To Containers Resulting From The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Regardless Of Weather Conditions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Equipment Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Proper Sanitary And Technical Condition. The Equipment Should Be: - Operational, - Have Up-To-Date Technical Tests. When Executing The Order, It Is Necessary To Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, In Particular: • In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; • In The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; • In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Oborniki Śląskie Commune.
