Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Metallurgical Materials

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Metallurgical Materials.4.2. The Contract Was Divided Into Three (3) Lots, Including:4.2.1. Part 1 – Flanges, Tees And Elbows4.2.2. Part 2 – Pipes4.2.3. Part 3 - Metallurgical Materials 4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Product And Price Specification, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Specification). 4.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Originally Packed.4.5. In Terms Of Quality, The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish And Eu Quality Standards, Have The Required Certificates And Be Admitted To Legal Trading In The European Union. 4.6. The Documents Referred To Above (If Applicable) Will Be Obliged To Be Provided By The Contractor To Whom The Order Is Awarded To The Ordering Party Along With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.4.7. The Quality Guarantee For The Offered Product Should Be Consistent With The Manufacturers Guarantee.4.8. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered By The Contractor In Packaging That Protects Against Damage And Contamination And Allows For Storage During The Warranty Period Specified By The Contractor Or Manufacturer.4.9. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party Resulting From The Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order Contrary To The Provisions Of The Swz Or In Breach Of Diligence Or Compliance With Safety Rules.4.10. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer.4.11. A Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4/12. If An Equivalent Subject Of The Order Is Offered, The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Data Enabling Its Comparison With The Properties (Features, Parameters) Of The Product Mentioned In The Specification (Technical Specifications, Certificates, Quality Certificates, Etc.). 4/13. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Offered Subject Of The Order With Properties (Features, Parameters) Meeting The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Specification To Be An Equivalent Subject Of The Order. 4/14. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed At The Prices Specified In The Offer.4.15. Contract Designation According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 44160000-9 - Pipelines, Piping, Pipes, Pipe Linings, Pipes And Similar Items, 44163200-2 - Pipe Fittings.4.16. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law.4.17.
