The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Margonin Commune Within The Limits Specified In Resolution No. Vi/37/2024 Of The City And Commune Council Of Margonin Of September 12, 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Margonin Commune. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Obtain A Draft Of The Legal Act Referred To Referred To In Art. 13A Section 1 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended). The General Plan Should Specify, Among Others: - Planning Zones, - Municipal Standards Urban Planning, - Development Complementation Areas.2. The Scope Of Work On The Draft Plan Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of A List Of Applications For The Draft Spatial Planning Act Together With A Proposal For Their Consideration And Justification, 2) Analysis Of The State Of Development And Development, External Conditions, Spatial Conditions Of The Commune, 3) Determining The Demand For New Development Housing In The Commune, 4) Analysis Of Applications Submitted After The Announcement And Notification Of Commencement Of Preparation Of The General Plan, 5) Preparation Of The Draft Plan Together With Justification (Consisting Of Parts Text And Graphics - Scale Of The Basic Drawing 1:10,000),6) Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Forecast And Participation In The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment,7) Presentation At The Meeting Of The Urban And Architectural Commission And The Relevant Committees Of The Margonin City And Commune Council,8 ) Preparing Applications For Approval And Opinions On The Draft Plan,9) Introducing Changes Resulting From The Opinions Obtained And Arrangements Made,10) Developing The Draft Plan And Its Presentation During Public Consultations In The Forms Agreed With Contracting Authorities,11) Preparing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations, Containing In Particular A List Of Comments Submitted Along With A Proposal For Their Consideration And Justification, As Well As Protocols From The Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Consultations,12) Introducing The Necessary Changes To The Draft Plan And Justification,13) Presenting The Draft Resolution During Session Of The Margonin City And Commune Council,14) Preparation Of Planning Documentation,15) Preparation Of A Written Justification And Summary For The Adopted Document In Accordance With Art. 42 And 55 Point 3 Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended). ),16) Repeating The Action If Necessary.3.
