Environmental Control Services Are A System Of Measures That Helps To Prevent, Detect And Suppress Violations Of Environmental Legislation, And Also Ensures That Enterprises And Other Objects Comply With The Requirements Of Environmental Legislation, Including Standards And Normative Documents In The Field Of Environmental Protection . In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Environmental Code Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan (Chapter No. 13. Production Environmental Control), Operators Of Facilities Of Categories I And Ii Are Obliged To Carry Out Production Environmental Control. The Service Is Provided For 11 Stations And Elektrodepo. The Development Of The Program Of Industrial Environmental Control Of Objects Of I And Ii Categories Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Rules Approved By The Authorized Body In The Field Of Environmental Protection. Production Monitoring Of Emissions Into The Environment And Impact Monitoring Are Carried Out By Laboratories Accredited In Accordance With The Procedure Established By The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan On Accreditation In The Field Of Conformity Assessment. The Person Carrying Out Production Monitoring Is Liable In Accordance With The Code Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses For Providing False Information Based On The Results Of Production Monitoring. The Goals Of Industrial Environmental Control Are: • Obtaining Information For The Facility Operator To Make Decisions Regarding Internal Environmental Policy, Control And Regulation Of Production Processes That Potentially Have An Impact On The Environment; • Ensuring Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ecological Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; • Minimization Of The Negative Impact Of Production Processes On The Environment, Life And (Or) Health Of People;
