Qualifications, skills, and professional experience The Supplier/ Consulting Firm team is required to have: University degree in software engineering, software design and development, or any other related educational background. Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM systems design and development. Extensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing, e-commerce websites functionalities, and integration of e-commerce websites with CRM systems. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to be responsive to changing needs and requirements as communicated by Dar Noora team Consulting Firm will be required to have excellent command of English and Arabic languages for communication. Quotations must be fixed price, expressed in USD excluding VAT Payment Method The payment of the contract is planned on deliverables basis. The number of the payments is in accordance with the required deliverables First payment 20% upon the delivery of the action plan. Second payment 80% upon the completion of the assignment.
