Objective and Purpose of the Assignment Asian Development Bank (ADB) is administering a portion of the technical assistance not exceeding the equivalent of $1,000,000 to be financed on a grant basis by the Government of the United States, acting through the United States Agency for International Development. An international consulting firm will be engaged by ADB to support (i) development of audit and quality management manuals, working paper templates, and blended training materials, (ii) development of blended learning materials, trainings and knowledge exchange with other SAIs; (iii) review and development of career progression guidelines, and (iv) facilitation of the discussion of SAOs performance against its Strategy 2021 2025.
