Expression of Interest for Consultancy Service to Develop a Master Plan for Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) The assignment is expected to last for 4 months, starting from the date of the contract commencement. Additionally, a Consultation workshop is planned within the first month. A Consulting firm will ultimately be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) method setout in the Consultant Guidelines. The consultants location is expected to be in Somalia. Specific travels to the Federal Member States are required for field visits, stakeholder consultations, and data collection. This consultancy service shall be conducted and completed within the duration of the assignment as set out in the ToR.
