Closing Date: 20 Jan 2025 Type: Consultancy Global Health Program Evaluation, Analysis, Research, and Learning (GH PEARL) project is looking for an organization which is located and registered in Liberia to support the implementation of the Third-Party Verification (TPV) Activity in Liberia to conduct data verification and Quality of Care (QoC) assessments in health facilities. GH PEARL is a consortium led by the University of Carolina (UNC), which works together to assist countries to identify and adopt proven and innovative approaches to improve the quality, coverage, and equity of health areas such as Family Planning/Reproductive Health; Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health; and Nutrition interventions at the global, regional, national, and subnational levels. Palladium (the Company) is a member of the GH PEARL consortium. GH PEARL is implementing the TPV Activity in Liberia, which includes data verification and QoC assessments in public and private health facilities in eight counties of Liberia. Palladium is leading this Activity on behalf of the GH PEARL project. The work is being carried out for the Government-to-Government Partnership for Improved Health Outcomes (also known as the Health Partnership Activity). This is a partnership among the US Government, USAID/Liberia, and the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning and the Ministry of Health (MOH), with a period of implementation from January 2022 to December 2026. Verification of outputs or milestones by USAID is a requirement for the Health Partnership activity. USAID/Liberia has funded the GH PEARL TPV Activity to conduct data verification and QoC assessments as a third party. To this end, Palladium is seeking services of a local Liberia-based organization to support implementation of this Activity as outlined in the Scope of Work herein. How to apply Proposals are due on January 20, 2025 and must be valid for 60 days after the RFP deadline. Palladium plans to issue a contract within 60 days of the RFP deadline. The anticipated start of the implementation of the activity is in February 2025. Please note that contracting is contingent on funding obligation and client approval.
