The Subject Of The Study Are Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of The Premises Of The District Office In Olkusz, Which Include: • Demolition Works, • Construction Works, • Bricklaying Works, • Plastering Works, • Suspended Ceiling, • Painting Works, • Flooring Works, • Replacing Doors, • Replacement Of Window Sills, • Fire Protection Cladding, • Replacement Of Radiators, • Works Electrical.Attention! The Investment Is Divided Into Two Stages Indicated In The Graphic Attachment Included In The Technical Documentation (Appendix No. 6). Construction Works Should Start From Stage I. The Next Stage Can Be Started After The Complete Completion Of The Previous Stage. Due To The Fact That The Building Is An Active Facility, All Internal Works Must Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party. There Is A Total Ban On Noisy Works, Such As: Demolition, Hammering, Forging, Drilling, Cutting, Knocking, Etc., During Office Work. The Contractor Undertakes To The Ordering Party To Perform And Hand Over The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Regulations Law, Polish Standards Or European Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And To Remove All Defects Occurring In This Item During The Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Warranty. Failure To Specify Any Legal Acts Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Their Application. The Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Technical Approvals Or Certificates. The Contractor Will Protect The Installations, Devices And Facilities On The Work Site And In Its Immediate Vicinity Against Their Destruction Or Damage During The Execution Of The Works And Will Ensure Supervision Of The Property At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Determine On His Own The Place Of Export. And Disposal Of Demolition Materials And The Related Costs Will Be Included In The Offer. The Contractor, While Performing The Works And Removing Any Defects, Is Obliged To Take The Necessary Actions To Protect Environment And Nature On The Construction Site And In Its Immediate Vicinity. The Contractor Is The Owner Of The Waste, Which He Is Obliged To Remove From The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, Information About Generated Waste And Methods Of Managing The Generated Waste. The Contractor Is Liable For The Need To Pay A Fee Or Penalty Provided For In Environmental Protection Regulations Or Nature. The Contractor Undertakes To Release The Ordering Party Or To Take Over Liability For Private Or Public Law Obligations That May Be Claimed From The Ordering Party Due To The Contractors Violation Of Environmental Or Nature Protection Regulations. A Lump Sum Settlement Applies For The Fully Completed Subject Of The
