This Plan Will Align With The National Strategy Embracing Ireland’S Outdoors – National Outdoor Recreation Strategy 2023-2027 While Addressing The Specific Needs, Strengths, And Aspirations Of Carlow. The Purpose Of The Corp Is To Develop A Cohesive, Stakeholder-Led Framework That Will Guide The Sustainable Development, Management, And Promotion Of Outdoor Recreation In Carlow.
