The Subject Of The Order Includes The Water Supply Network Of The Entire Territory Of The Village. Bhutan In Town Planning. In Fulfillment Of The Public Procurement Agreement, The Contractor Under The Agreement Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: 1. Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On The Establishment Of The Territory (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Normative Documents And The Public Procurement Agreement; 2. Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut; 3. Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Construction; 4. Samples And Tests At The Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; 5. Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Territorial Planning Act; 6. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; 7. Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations. The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Includes The Laying Of: - Pipes F200 Pe100 Pn10 - 5,794 M; - Pipes F125 Pe100 Pn10 - 2,610 M; - Pipes F110 Pe100 Pn10 - 2,510 M; - Pipes Ф90 Ре100 Pn10 - 31,171 M. Installation Of 416 Pcs. Fire Hydrants And 128 Pcs. Airmen, And Reconstruction Of 1087 Pcs. Building Plumbing Diversions. Main Water Supply Branches I, Ii, Iii And Iv, As Well As Secondary Branches From No. 1 - No. 70 And From No. 72 - No. 123 Are Planned For Reconstruction. After The Reconstruction Of The Water Pipes, Restoration Of The Destroyed Street Pavements Is Planned. In Accordance With The Characteristics, Importance And Complexity Of The Construction, It Is Categorized As A Second Category Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zut. According To Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 4.2 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder, The Construction Is Divided Into The Fourth Group: Constructions Of The Improvement Infrastructure, Hydrotechnical Construction And Environmental Protection. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification And Project Documentation Attached To The Documentation. Important: At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure, Funding Has Not Been Secured And In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Zop, The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Considered Assigned Under The Suspensive Condition After Secured Funding.
