The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of The Functions Of A Consultant Under The Zut And An Engineer Under Fidic For Objects Included In The Veliko Tarnovo Agglomeration Project In Four Separate Positions, As Follows: Op1 Reconstruction Of Pspv Yovkovtsi Op2 Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Veliko Tarnovo Wwtp Op3 Reconstruction Of A Pusher In The Section From Akacia Railway Station To Kartala Railway Station And Reconstruction Of Triagnalnika Railway Station Op4 Reconstruction And Expansion Of Internal Water Supply And Sewerage Networks In The City. For All Specific Positions, In The Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Will Act As: Engineer Within The Meaning Of Clause 3 Of Contract Conditions For Technological Equipment And Design – Construction For Electrical And Mechanical Installation Works And For Construction And Engineering Facilities Designed By The Contractor, As Well As The Relevant Specific Conditions; Technical Design Control For Design And Construction (Engineering) Contract(S), Incl. Preparation Of Report/S For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects For The Sites Described In The Terms Of Reference; Conformity Assessment By Part Constructive Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut, Where Applicable; Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Territorial Planning Act /Zut/; Safety And Health Coordinator For The Investment Design Stage And For The Construction Stage. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Requirements For Personal Status And The Selection Criteria. On The Basis Of Art. 114 Zop The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded Subject To A Condition, Since At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure It Is Not Secured Financing For The Entire Value Of The Public Procurement.
