FY_2024-25 Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electrical/electro-mechanical procurement. b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk.1,00,00,000.00 in a Single contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (one Crore) over the last 5(five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Lakh). Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit should be in the specified format. e) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. g) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
