The Scope Of The Order Includes Out-Of-Warranty And Subscription Maintenance Of Precision Air Conditioners And A Data Center (Ic) Humidification System, Including Monthly Visits To Perform The Subscription Maintenance And Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance With Replacement Of Components As Needed. The Technique Included In The Scope Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Table No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1, Part Of The Documentation Of The Public Order. The Performance Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. ******* ******** ******** The Term For Providing The Subscription And Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of The Precision Air Conditioning And Humidification System Of Ab Is 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. ******** ******* ******* In Case He Is Not The Manufacturer Of The Equipment, The Participant Should Be Authorized By The Manufacturer Of The Precision Air Conditioning Or By An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer Of The Precision Air Conditioning For The Maintenance Of The Equipment Specified In Table No. 1, Item 1 And Item 2 Of The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, For The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. To Certify The Above, The Participant Should Present An Official Letter Of Authorization (Or Equivalent Document) From The Manufacturer Of The Precision Air Conditioning Or From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer Of The Precision Air Conditioning For An Assured Right To Carry Out Maintenance And Repair Activities On The Mentioned Models. In Cases Where The Participant Presents An Authorization Letter From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document), An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document) Authorizing The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer In Original Or A Copy Is Also Attached To The Offer, Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian. The Above Document Is Submitted In The Participants Technical Proposal. ******* ******* ******* The Requirement For Authorization At The Tender Submission Stage Is Justified By The Subject Of The Order And Represents A Guarantee For Its Timely And High-Quality Performance. In The Event That A Contractor Is Selected Who Is Denied Authorization By The Manufacturer, This May Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As To Its Termination. According To The Conclusions Of The Supreme Administrative Court, The Requirement For Authorization In Itself Is Not Restrictive, Insofar As It Is A Guarantee Of Quality And Reliability Of The Activity Performed.
