Object: Reconstruction Of The Pspv Yovkovtsi - Stage 1, Including: Review And Analysis Of The Available Project Documentation For The Planned Activities, As Well As Bringing It Into Line With The Current Bulgarian Norms For Design And Construction, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Site Reconstruction Of The Pspv Yovkovtsi - Stage 1, According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, The Law On Territorial Planning In Force From 31.03.2001. And The Bylaws On Its Implementation; Coordination Of The Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits According To Bulgarian Legislation; Ensuring The Compliance Assessment Of The Investment Project; Obtaining A Building Permit And Legally Starting Construction; Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, Drawings And Tables; Carrying Out Authors Supervision Of The Ppe, Technical Solutions, Refinements And Changes To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Training Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority, Monitoring And Support Of The Operation And Maintenance Of The Object; Handing Over Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Deed Model 15 Under Order No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Certificate Of Acceptance By The Engineer; Samples After Completion; Commissioning Of The Facility With Protocol Form 16 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, /Without The Issuance Of Form 16 Being Included In The Completion Time/; Period For Notification And Removal Of Defects - Process Monitoring, Reaching The Design Parameters And Assisting The Personnel In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Newly Built Elements Of The Object; Removal Of Identified Defects At The Contractors Expense. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Requirements For Personal Status And The Selection Criteria. On The Basis Of Art. 114 Zop The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded On Condition, Since At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure, Financing For The Entire Value Of The Public Procurement Has Not Been Secured.
