Landfill-Gas Electricity Generating Plant Construction Work – Construction Of A Cogeneration System Based On Gas Engines With A Capacity Of Approx. 30 Mwe/30 Mwt At Tauron Ciepło Sp. Z O. O. Bielsko-Biała Generation Plant, Bielsko-Północ Heat And Power Plant Ec2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Cogeneration System Based On Gas Engines With A Capacity Of Approx. 30 Mwe/30 Mwt At Tauron Ciepło Sp. Z O. O. Bielsko-Biała Generation Plant, Bielsko-Północ Ec2 Heat And Power Plant. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Construction For The Ordering Party On A Turnkey Basis Of A Facility Constituting A Cogeneration Installation Consisting Of A System Of 3 (Three) Cogeneration Units Based On Gas Piston Engines Together With Auxiliary Installations And A Heat Accumulator As Well As All Construction Facilities Required By The Technology, Allowing Its Commercial Operation For A Period Of At Least 25 (Twenty-Five) Years From The Handover Of The Facility To Operation, Enabling The Consumption Of The Necessary Utilities (Including Gaseous Fuel), Their Processing And The Generation Of Electricity And Feeding It Into The Power Grid, As Well As The Production Of Heat And Feeding It Into Heating Systems, And Meeting All The Requirements For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Cogeneration Bonus For A Period Of 15 (Fifteen) ) Years In Accordance With The Cogeneration Act. The Turnkey Formula Means The Method Of Constructing The Facility According To The Principle Of Comprehensive Design, Delivery, Construction, Including Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning As An Integrated Whole With Technological Features And Parameters, Including Guaranteed Technical Parameters, With The Execution Of All Works, That Are Necessary For The Facility To Achieve The Performance, Operational Characteristics, Safety And Performance Required In The Agreement, Even If Any Elements Of The Facility Are Not Expressly Specified In The Agreement Or Attached To It. The Turnkey Formula Obliges The Contractor To Completely Connect The Facility With The Existing Zwb Ec2 Infrastructure At The Connection Points Within The Dates Specified In The Implementation Schedule.
