The Lift Is A Goods Lift From 1962, Installed By Myhre Heis And Later Modernized By Hk Heis. It Serves Five Floors, Has A Load Capacity Of 10,000 Kg And A Very Spacious Elevator Car. The Elevator Has An Estimated Speed Of 0.28 M/S. There Are Several Points On The Periodic Inspection That Have Still Not Been Rectified, And The Client Wants A More Reliable Lift For Its Tenants. The Project Involves The Improvement And Modernization Of This Lift, With The Possibility Of Both The Price Of A Total Replacement Of The Control Or An Upgrade Of The Existing Control. The Following Work Is Requested To Be Priced And Improved: Upgrading Or Replacement Of Steering. Replacement Of Slatted Doors On Each Floor With Swing Doors. A Minimum Of Two Doors Must Be Replaced. All Necessary Building-Related Measures Must Be Included. Replacement Of The Brake On The Motor. Rectification Of Deviations From The Norwegian Lift Control Report Dated 08.01.2024.
