It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Public Tender For Contract Regarding Establishment And Operation Of An External Operating Environment For The User Club Sbsys. The Agreement Includes Respectively Establishment And Operation Of An External Operating Environment For Use In Future Operations Of The Sbsys And Sbsip System And Includes The Following Partial Services: 1. The Delivery, Cf. Contract Annex 03 – Delivery Description Which Contains The Suppliers Services Related To Establishing The Operating Environment, And Which Results In The User Clubs Development Suppliers Being Able To Use The Operating Environment. 2. Subsequent Operation Of The Operating Environment And Its Maintenance, So That Stable Operation Is Ensured. 3. Scaling Services Which, When The User Club Needs To Expand With The Number Of Servers, Or Expansion Of The Capacity Of Already Established Servers, Can Be Delivered By Order. 4. Cooperation With The User Clubs Other Suppliers, Including Especially With The Sbsys And Sbsip Supplier In The Event Of Operational Disruptions. The Tendered Services Are Described In More Detail In The Overall Tender Material. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Provide The User Club With The Contractual Foundation In Relation To To Continue The Development Of The Two Applications Sbsys And Sbsip In Accordance With The User Clubs Adopted Strategy For Development In The Coming Years, So That An Operational Foundation Is Created For The Future Possibility That Sbsys And Sbsip Can Be Operated Independently Of The User Club Members Local Operating Environments. The Tendered Contract Contains Framework Agreement-Like Elements In Relation To The User Clubs Expected Need For Scaling. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Binding Estimate For The Use Of These Scaling Services, Which Is Why The Contract Is Offered As A Framework Agreement. The Duration Of The Contract Is Thus Limited To 48 Months. The Contracts Expected Total Volume Is Estimated At Between Dkk 8 - 10 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat The Expected Volume Is Purely Indicative And Is Based On Estimates Based On An As-Is Analysis Of The User Club Members Existing 43 Operating Environments, Which Is Why It Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover.
