In The Past, The Operation Of The Implemented Crm Landscape (Hereinafter Referred To As Applications) Was Organized Via Project-Like Structures On An Expense Basis And Sometimes With Different Contractors. The It Infrastructure Required For The Applications To Be Supported Is Outsourced At Sap. Swb Ag Would Like To Make The Operation And Support Of Applications More Service-Oriented In The Future Based On Itil. The Aim Is To Make Swbs Supply Of Application Management Services More Needs-Based, More Secure In Its Provision And More Efficient. For This Purpose, An Operating Contract Aimed At Itil Service Provision As Well As Service Certificates Will Be Agreed For Each Individual Application If Necessary.
