Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Simple Electrification Of The Line Prague – Vrané N. Vol. / Měchenice - Čerčany. The Subject Of The Work Simple Electrification Of The Line Prague - Vrané N. Vlt. / Měchenice Čerčany Is: A) Preparation Of The Project Intent According To The Md Document Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Transport Infrastructure Actions Financed By The State Fund For Transport Infrastructure No. Md-46506/2024-910/1, 08/2024 (Hereinafter Referred To As Rules Md). B) Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation For The Zp, Which Will Be Processed According To The Requirements Specified In These Ztp. C) Processing Of The Notification Of Intent Pursuant To § 6 (Hereinafter Referred To As Eia Notification) And Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Eia Documentation) Pursuant To § 8 Of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, As Amended. The Conclusion From The Eia Process Will Be Incorporated Into The Dps. The Customer Reserves The Scope Of This Performance As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz. The Contractor Will Implement The Performance On The Basis Of The Customers Instructions After Receiving The Conclusion Of The Investigative Procedure. D) Compilation Of Project Documentation For Construction Permit (Dps), Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, To Obtain A Valid Planning Permit (Building Or Equipment Permit) In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll. , The Construction Act, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Act), Including The Opinion Of The Notified Entity At The Stage Of Issuing The Planning Permit And The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator During Work On The Construction Site At The Preparation Stage, Including The Preparation Of The Plan Site Health And Safety And Maintenance Manual. E) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Planning Permit According To The Building Act, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Planning Permit (Construction Or Equipment Permit). The Contractor Will Cooperate In Issuing Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding. F) Performance Of The Designers Supervision During The Construction Of The Pdps The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Regulated In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation.
