Energy And Related Services – Provision Of Energy Services Using The Epc Method In The Centrum Krystal Building. The Content Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures In The Clients Building Using The Epc Method. This Is A Complex Public Order Including The Preparation, Implementation And Subsequent Long-Term Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Results Of Implemented Energy-Saving Measures (For A Period Of At Least 10 Years), While The Supplier With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded Will Provide The Contracting Authority With Contractual Guarantees For Achieving The Contractually Determined Energy Savings And For Achieving The Expected Economic Benefits Of The Project. The Supplier Himself Will Propose Specific Energy-Saving Measures And Include Them In The Epc Project, Which He Will Then Implement In The Object(S). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is, In Accordance With The Above, At Least The Following Range Of Activities: 1. Design Of Energy-Saving And Possibly Other Measures For The Contracting Authoritys Object (See Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract), 2. Processing Of The Relevant Implementation And Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Cost-Saving, Mandatory And Other Measures, If The Given Measure Requires It, 3. Ensuring The Requirements Associated With Obtaining A Building Permit, If Any To Require The Proposed Measure, 4. Supply And Installation Of The Proposed And So-Called Mandatory Cost-Saving Measures (Including Any Measures Of A Construction Nature) On A Turnkey Basis 5. Processing Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of The Proposed And Mandatory Cost-Saving Measures, 6. Drawing Up Operating Regulations For Newly Installed Equipment, 7. Training Of Operators, 8. Financing The Construction Of All Proposed And So-Called . Mandatory Measures (The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide Advance Payments), 9. Energy Management (Services Including Permanent Monitoring And Evaluation Of Achieved Energy Savings) For The Duration Of The Guarantee, Including Inspection Of The Installed Equipment, 10. Provision Of A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Expected Savings For The Period Agreed In The Contract.
