The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A General Plan For The Okonek Commune By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations. This Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Draft General Spatial Development Plan For The Okonek Commune, Preceded By The Development Of The Necessary Analyses, Forecasts And Balances; 2) The Project Will Be Implemented: A) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Iv/24/2024 Of The Okonek City Council Of June 24, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Okonek Commune, B) In Compliance With The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Act On Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And The Implementing Regulations, C) In Compliance With The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Method Of Preparing The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, D) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, 3) Development Of A Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Art. 13A-13C Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 4) Development Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 5) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act, 6) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), 7) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 72 Section 5 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001, Environmental Protection Law.
