Task Implemented Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 8 European Funds For The Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska, Measure 8.13 Development Of Degraded Areas And Facilities Project Type B. Co-Financing Of Activities And Planning Documentation Regarding The Development Of Post-Mining Or Post-Industrial Areas And Facilities.2. The Development Of Documentation Includes: 1) Developing A Map For Design Purposes, 2) Developing A Land Development Concept With 3D Visualizations, 3) Obtaining All Decisions, Opinions, Permits And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain The Final Building Permit Decision, Including The Ulicp Decision, 4) Obtaining Final Building Permit Decision In Accordance With All Regulations And Standards Applicable And Affecting The Completeness And Correctness Of The Project And Modern Technical Knowledge, 5) Development Of Geotechnical Foundation Conditions (5 Copies), 6) Analysis Environmental Assessment Of The Ground And Water (Conducting Soil Tests),7) Inventory Of Greenery, Development Of A Plan For Cutting Down Trees That Conflict With The Planned Investment And A Plan For Replacement Plantings, As Well As Obtaining A Decision (Possibly A Promise) Allowing The Cutting Down Of Trees (5 Copies),8) Preparation Construction Project Including, Among Others: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Full-Sector Technical Designs (6 Copies). Design Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Attached Concept, Guidelines Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And Arrangements With Media Providers,9) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (5 Copies)10) Approved Design For Periodic Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works (5) Copies),11) Approved Design Of The Target Traffic Organization (5 Copies), 12) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate (5 Copies),13) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities (5 Copies) Copies),14) Preparation Of 3D Visualization For The Approved Project (5 Copies).3. When Developing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Use Optimal Design, Material And Cost Solutions In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For The Type Of Investment Task That Is To Be Performed Based On It, 2) Bear All Fees Obtained Under Implementation Of Design Documentation, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, 3) Presenting, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Information On The Progress Of Design Work Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Request, 4) Participating In All Meetings At The Request Of The Ordering Party Related To The
